So I'm back again with a surplus of purin that's clogging my dock and I also want to MLB another shipgirl from this list for a balance of both gameplay and waifu

I'm leaning towards Kiev or Seydlitz for waifu

I can't really give any further answer in related to priority based on strength or anything else, because all of these ships have alternatives that is better

those are just priority based on tech

tech means that you will gain permanent benefit if you level them to 120

for example, some ships has rld tech, which permanently speeds up your airstrikes

in terms of use cases, only indomitable will be useful
the rest arent worth

i think roma has fp tech though so theres that too

if you need an off flag mobbing ship seydlitz can be decent, she has an almost-preload

tbh i cant really see an argument to be made for roma or seydlitz, neither are particularly good and are easily outclassed by easily obtainable ship

my opinion comes from them saying they need a main fleet mobbing off-flag option and assuming that they probably lack better options if this is what they're showing as options, so yeah seeing more of the dock would help

check back on your dock on who isn't mlb yet, then proceed to MLB that ship that suit the criteria

if all those are done, then go with
BB FP
CV AVI
CA/CL/DD FP

retirement is totally subjective but stuff like ardent etc can go

as long as they are easily obtainable then retire them

especially if they give shit tech
