Avoid equally LB (incrense number os star) (LB = Limit Break, MLB = Max Limit Break = Max number of star)
if u are in W8 u can still focus in one fleet, but u already did a gud amount of lvling and LBing (but still not ideal since u split it and try to equally doing)

once u done with Indiana and finish Unicorn retrofit u can start to work in Nelson or Saratoga as well, in lack of options Ark can work for now as well
so ur teams it will be something like
Richy/Saratoga or Nelson/Uni
Portland/Laff/Pitts
Indiana/Amagi/Ark
Eugen/Helena/Watarase
Not Ironical i'm start to think ur best Tank option since u lack others, it will be Eugen, but she will use Gold Bullins wut is a huge waste in beggining and she will be temporary till u got something like Ancho or Agir

also pay attention to ur dailly Hard Modes, try to always do X-4 for Carriers retrofit Plans
PS: Alaways do the highest W u can in Hard Mode (HM)
HM Have a special mechanic, once u done with that stage with 3 Stars u can jump to it without complete others HM, so in theory u can just do 13-4 HM without do any other even once
