you can raise up a lot of ships in 12-1 and get some good coins in 12-4

Hood/Saratogakai - Indepkai - Unikai - Tallinn - Yuudachikai - Sirius
UvH/Musashi flag - Enty - Shinano - Drake - Ibuki w/ aug - Sandykai
Level up those ships and give them good gear for first clears as well

boss fleet does not use heal

choice of perseus or unikai as healer - rest is fine
fleet 2 is your bb fleet... currently it is aight as well. Raise up Biszwei,, Musashi and Aegir for the meantime. Work on them for Dev/Fs levels and then do PR5 for Plymouth. with the ships you have atm you can run Musashi - Vanguard - Biszwei - Aegir dev25 - Helenakai - Tallinn
fleet 3 is your CV fleet. replace Sarakai w/ Shinano bcs it is big increase in power. Balti is quite squishy for CA and thus tank standards, would use someone like Tallinn and Anchorage here for survivability. Bellona has ARA iirc so can keep for now. Try getting Kazagumo later on bcs her kit is good. Fleet could look like this: Shinano - Enty - Arkkai - [tank] - Bellona - Sirius
fleet 4 is whatever lol. just remember to put UvH here over someone like Washy because her crossfleet is useful to the mob and CV fleets for mobbing and boss node sudoku botes respectively.

base your opsi like so

  1. mob (usually anything lv120+ unikai)
    2.cv fleet
    3.bb fleet
    4.cross fleet or if you are lazy like me, anti-light fleet as per my screenshot

also maybe the only place one would consider using percy + unikai is w14

if you do want to tackle w14 and w15 then type /w15 command in #bot-spam

musashi for flag because part of her barrage is fixed

shinano also has barrage but it is weak. though the other CVs have no barrage (enty, arkkai) or don't care about posiiton (avp)
