Need some advice on what to build. I've been following SamHeart's guide and the GitHub site but it is quite overwhelming and I'm sure I'm not building as efficiently as I could. I put Amagi as Flagship even tho I need a BB but Portland is the only one I have right now.
Any tips would be appreciated, I want to learn!

is that you only build 1 fleet
instead of 2
2nd fleet shd not be considered till w9 at earliest
the second thing
is that early on, limit breaks are king and rarity isnt
for example, that amagi will perform worse than graf zeppelin despite being a UR because she is not limit broken and is missing about 70% of her damage

thank you so much! the fleet 2 is more just so i have something in there for my own comfort. I do not use them in battle or focus on levelling them
I will change fleet 1 with your suggestion though! and i use that comp until chapter 9-10 right?
