was gonna recommend raising ib ships that gives actual good tech instead of no tech, cuz in my experience raising bad tech ships to 120 is a waste (I regret raising graf zep, I can't even 120 her since her tech is hp), you will gather exp for CDC faster than new pr ships coming out
