BB fleet: BisZwei, Musashi, Vanguard, Drake, Helena, Sandy
CV fleet: enterprise, shinano, Ark, Roon muse, Kazagumo, Kashino

I am not that good at making fleets so better wait for others to help

my shipyard ships progression was really weird I got Roon for waifu reasons from pr 1 and then skipped straight to pr3 and FS5ed all of them

once you get agir to dev25 she will function well as a tank

but at dev20 I got told myself that she won't tank that much

but no dmg at all

Yeah if you go look at year 1 ops fleets you'll see Kashino used because there aren't a lot of avi buffers yet and she procs shinano

So Kashino is a pretty big buff to shinano.

if she is good against med or heavy bosses

for 4th fleet maybe Monarch, Indormitable, Brunhilde, roon, kitakaze, montepelier

but tbh it is made out of ships I never used so it can probably be improved
