portland and sanfra should be left most ( tank )
sandy and aya right most ( off - tank )
laffey and helena sandwiched

but sanfran will need some lvls to survive

so rotate them in mob fleet when u can so they can get some lvls

if u beat d3 alr just manual it again till threat lvl is safe

afterwards u can auto farm it

since safe threat gives a huge boosts to ur ships

and nerfs the enemies

they get huge spikes in power

so much that unmlb-ed ships are mostly not worth using
