I know I'm late to the party with URs and whatnot. I'm just now levelling those up. I haven't played properly for a bit over a year now so my knowledge is probably very outdated.
Note: 1 is farming fleet (with uni on 12-4), 2 is the actual mobbage fleet, 3 is boss and 4 is just a funny thing I made with all the witch skins.
I don't mind levelling whatever as long as the end goal is the same.

and dont have a fleetbuilding requirement
due to bruteforcing of lvl adv + threat lvl
and ships u push content with or use for hard content require specific fleet building so they arent general either

replace cheshire with ancho once shes d25, which should be easy with catchup and coining

and sara with haku on d25+
sara can be shoved to mob
u can lvl aurora aswell when u got time
she will be helpfull for temperance next month
theres some intermediate tanks like sanfran and fc but id prob skip directly to pr4 tanks
also u can use brennus in mob
and look for sirius in medal rotation

ships get powerfull boosts from each limit break thereshold
missing 1 star drop their performance a bunch ( usually depnding on role ) even if it doesnt seem much
so u want to finish em

if I get dupes it's great, but not going out of my way to get it, I usually get 1 or 2 on each event. although I've been saving on cubes for about a year and a bit now. ive got like... 1800? something like that. ive got tones of cubes.
