Now I wonder what I should do next, either focus on pr ship exp grind or operation siren etc, also if there are any ships I should level up and replace ships of my formation. Which ships I should use for hardmode due to the required shiptypes

PR ship grind and opsi are mutually exclusive

they don't use the same resources

so you can do both
