frankly, if you want to see what the difference start your own thread, I'll reccomend you a fleet and see what the difference is, I can all but guarantee you the difference will be night and day

you could also look into ships that'll help you for stuff like OpSi
and you'll need to sue ships of certain nationalties hull types to unlock some PRs
Kazagumo and Jeanne d'Arc for instance

Well faction buffs are mostly bait if they aren't on actual good ships that can carry their own weight regardless of the buff
