Sakura magic circles appear on the field. During waxing, allies that touch it get damage reduction. During waning, allies lose HP (I'd assume it's a negative heal so that the other boss skill applies)

Huh that's flipped if the thing is supposed to be a negative heal

Tldr just do damage, the only way this may be hard is if your fleet just dies

Upgrade Ibuki 30% barrage to 100% enhanced barrage, and she gains 1.5s invincibility when barrage activates. 35 trp, 20 Eva, spread slash

30 fp, 200 HP, spread slash. Removes Russian gun requirement. Ice fairy's duration and strength (double?) and gives Tashkent 4% eva rate

Upgrade from 50% to 70% enhanced barrage (100% for first of the battle), and gives random one of three effects for 8s. When consumed, the dessert recovers 5% HP for the affected ships. Basically all three are +10% to some stats for herself and one other ship
