biggest problem i see immediately is low MLB, Unicorn shouldn't be flag either and should be in the mob fleet, opposite of Helena, Helena needs MLB. Graf and Bismark should be together if you're using one of them imo. Rich is powerful, but gives a lot of faction buffs that aren't being used, also, would need to know if she's skilled up and using an HE gun, probably better options here anyway. I probably wouldn't be using the URs if they're only 3 star, would be better off using MLB elites or something more coherent. Would help to see what you have available in medal shop.

with what you have, I'd MLB Helena and Akagi u, and either MLB one of the URs or don't use them.
Retrofit Uni makes a big difference, and should be permanently in the mob fleet imo.

fleet that deals with the mob before boss. but you are probably fine with just one fleet for everything now

so, if you're far enough to have 2 fleets, you should have one that clears the escort fleets and one fleet that fights the main boss of the level

I'm always using my worst fleet to fight lowest lvl mobs, then when they're out of ammo i'm using the main fleet and hope to finish the level with them

this fleet should be able to tackle everything, mob and boss, if they are properly leveled

nah use purple one. i thought i saw one in there lol, but i was probably mistaken. try and get it from tech boxes

I never looked up guides or anything, so i went blind and did some stupid things

for a mob fleet, i would probably do richileau as flagship, unicorn as healer, and then saratoga. Given a +10 triple 406 and fully upgraded skills, richileau does a pretty good job of melting light ships that you shouldn't need to worry about replacing her on mob fleet for a long while.
for vanguard, I would probably do pittsburgh as tank, laffey, and something else, whatever you want here
For boss fleet, I would probably run Bismark, Graf, and maybe Akagi u (?) based off what you have. Enterprise is always good here too if you can get her from medal, especially if you could run a better flagship.
Prinz tanking for vanguard (though I dislike her low FP), Helena in the middle, and Cleveland/Biloxi/Denver as OT. I do think there are much better options than Bismark/Graf down the road, but would depend on what you end up raising up for UR, i think, and what you have access to for medals. You could also stick laffey OT with helena instead if you would rather run a more french mob fleet with jeanne and algerie as mid and OT respectively, but that would require a greater gold bulin investment.

the URs are very good, but they need to be max stars, and doing that requires making a big decision, and is also influenced by the upcoming event, which is why i didn't mention them
the URs are very good and would take precedence over most other ships if you focused on one of them, but the thing is, you gotta focus on one of them

out of what you've raised, chitose is... not very good. Kirov is good, but not without star investment. Kasumi meta is neither here nor there, not an exceptional ship.

in that period you're guranteed 168 cubes from dailies, weeklies, and monthly login
if you're active you can easily push that to over 200
and if there are 2 URs
one will be grindable from the event shop

So i have now to change all my fleets, level up other ships, focus on Unicorn (btw my unicorn is elite rarity, and i think i saw an SR one ?), and wait for next event.
I'll have to check out how to learn to put good gear on my ships. I just put the highest there is on my list on my best ships and wing it
