I would possibly keep faction-based skills (The IB one) if you want to make IB's bb as main fleet and do rerolls

I think that is my best Lime since it got 2 skills on the list, the others are just blue or others

step1. sort by these cats
step2. look if they started with the special talent that buffs their respective hull or flame(some cats cannot start with em so check wiki) and the other talents are ideally talents that buff the offensive stat ( fp/avi for bb/cv or RLD for subs) for the respective hull
step3. lvl those cats and feed em the bad cats
step4. ( optional) reroll ur best cats, if u have a cat ure satisfied with stop rerolling it and reroll a similar base dupe till the dupe is better etc.

Faction buffs are useless tbh
Any cat with a faction buff is potentially a bad cat
