Need some help for opsi hard arbiter , this fleet was recommended to built up for this month, however i'm unable to level my ships and max their skills in time. So could anyone help advise ?

if those two are ur only 2 fleets chances are u wouldnt kill it even with max lvl and skills

skills being maxed is like the bare minumum

#

and hard arbiter is like the hardest thing in opsi so dont expect to clear it with the bare minimum

when i'm low on coins i usually take Q researches to try to score prints for gear (e.g. tenrai)

skip cube (H) researches unless you have above 400 cubes and even then its really kinda "do it at your own discretion" thing
