Originally me making a second fleet was just to help meet hard mode requirements to help with event grinding but what ships in my dock are worth investing?

Also where is your Portland, she is a much more reliable tank then Phoenix while being cheaper then Eugen

U should aim to retro nelson. And work on retro z23 as she has high fp in case u need one.

Spee is a decent purple ship until u get better options like heinrich or brennus. I heard pittsburg is als very good so try to get her if u can

i just forgot about portland as i replaced her with san fransisco, but since i usedher for so long she is max lb and lv100
