MLB and preferrably retrofit Nelson, use her as a flagship, powerlevel her with Unicorn and Enterprise, vanguard - ehhh, Pittsburgh-Helena-and random offtank, either Z23 retrofit or Cleveland, idk

That should clear ch8 mob and boss nodes with Enterprise being carry

Or you can branch third slot into raising Laffey, shes somewhat better choice to retrofit

As for the second fleet - after you will level this team to something like 100-110, switch flagship to QE, Enterprise to Shangri-la, vanguard may be something like Bremerton-Sirius-Beflast, but that after you will get enough resources to limit break them confortably at your own pace

And that second iteration fleet will be your mob one until you will get someone else to level, i guess

Bossfleet is Nelson-Enterprise-random on the backline, Pittsburgh-Helena-random frontline

By that time your two fleets will both be around ~110ish to be able to bruteforce practically anything till i'd say 11-4

Since youve got few SR bulins already, prioritize limit breaking backline SR ships in that list first, then vanguard

So Shangri-la goes first, then Bremerton and Sirius

On the other hand, use Dido instead of Sirius since you will be running Queen Elizabeth, or change Belfast to Dido together with Sirius

Queen Elizabeth isn't worth bothering with and neither is Dido

Unicorn takes priority for retrofitting then Portland, Z23, and Nelson in that order

don't think too much about a 2nd fleet at this point in time, focus on getting your first fleet worked up

There is literally no other backline to build on Might also fish for Hood in medal exchange

they don't need to start working on a 2nd fleet right now

best to wait and see what develops and see what they get by the time they do

and it certainly won't be difficult to do better than Queen Elizabeth

I also remind you that Hood os obtainable via the rookie missions

but anyway
Nelson, Unicorn, Enterprise, Brennuss, Z23, Pittsburg
use that to push to chapter 9 and then look at leveling ships for a 2nd fleet

if not /oilcap in #bot-spam can give your more info on what it is but that's why you want to be pushing for W9 asap
