so these are my main 2 fleets, they're updated from what they used to be; My 1st fleet (in the second pic) seems to be doing fine against enemies although i'm only on chapter 11

Anchorage and Agir are one of the best tanks in the game in their own rarity

Some good ships you arent using and probably should level:

Enterprise, Owari, San Fran

San fran is a decent placeholder for tank but this is good enough for W12 tbh
