personally I'd move Cheshire to the mob fleet and have Kronshtadt boss tank

or just have Kronshtadt replace Azuma

Previously I never focused on op siren, but I started to feel that the gear I have now is not enough for my future fleet so I want to focus on farming now, can you give an example of the special fleet you mean ?

BB Boss: FDG, UvH, Vanguard, Agir, Helena, Unzen
CV Boss: Shinano, Enterprise, Implacable, Anchorage, Sirius, San Diego
Mob: Owari?, Unicorn, Aquila, Kronshtadt, Shimakaze, Yuudachi

u might want to upgrade to pr4 tanks ancho and aegir for boss fleet
