well u have 3 options:

1- stay in 11-1 and farm till u get these tech boxes, open them to get 1 of these 2 guns (the triple barrel 406 mk6 is better)

2- farm opsi and try and craft them in gear lab

3- try running anchorage in mob fleet (swap her with roon)

it would also help if u can record a video so we find out what the problem is exactly. google it and see if u can do that

Idk if it's on purpose or not, but most of your ship skills are not maxed, having all of them to 10 could help a lot

even if it takes a while it's worth it, so make sure you always have ships being trained and prioritise important skills like Helena's radar scan, anchorage hide and seek etc

it won't be a day and night difference but it is quite important

Same as Fearlein said, any purple HE battleship gun, current Alsace gun has 40% damage modifier on light armored targets, that are Agano and Uzuki in 11-3 boss node. Aquila...equip dive bomber in her second slot instead of fighter, so that she will get a preload and damage amp Or straight up find another CV\BB that deals damage. If someone dies, i suggest you to move protorudder from san francisco to the one that dies in vanguard. Its honestly been a while since i been in 11-3, so if you can describe me the gimmick i can help you more about it, dont really remember if it was some bullshit rotating shield\barrier or was it torpedo barrage

Switch around Alsace and Essex then, put Alsace in mob fleet and Essex in the boss fleet and see what happens

the only way you can only have that many boxes and that little gear is if you've spent most of the time opening them just to scrap them

also toggle equipped on and take another screenshot of your gear

ok. if you really have no more purple twin 410mm and 406mm MK6 lower down and no purple or gold tech boxes then check craft menu to see if you can craft any. either way you can literally swap that off fdg and put it on alsace and it's a win because it's impossible to not win with 406mm MK6 alsace, 406mm MK7 NJ at level 120-125 and helena on the boss

they prob still win with no ammo easily. so if they have ammo, should win in few seconds

if you somehow are doing the boss battle with no ammo then just do it with ammo

this should definitely provide a win on boss

beat it with just this, with 2 minutes to spare. my alsace has the same gears as yours but is 5 levels higher (so 10% more damage). each salvo/barrage of hers probably dealt like 25% of the boss's HP

so what you are saying is, categorically, impossible
