ships need limit breaks to be usefull
and technically a partial lb UR could replace stuff in newbie fleet but the timeslot rn means ur better off saving ur bulin resources for iminent upcomming URs and decide after

you should be able to get enough bulins to mlb em all by the time they reach their cap lvls

since bulins didnt fly anywhere else

so u can lb them as soon as they reach their lvl criteria

but as a general rule u don't spread bulins around

always MLB ships one at a time when ull rotate ships in and out of ur fleets

for rare and elite rarity 5 is max, for SR and UR 6 is max

1st and 2nd cost 1 dupe/bulin 3rd costs 2

Not good to get only Helena to level 70, you should level them all somewhat equally

dont focus books into a single unit or stuff like that
try to keep an average lvl within the fleet

not early on, you're only as good as your weakest link after all
