you want a fleet, or 2 it's going to be absolutely basic
none of those ships are usable by any means because they aren't MLB

barely anything is above 70 there
so there's nothing to mlb besides percy and kursk

basically just pull together a newbie fleet of like Unicorn, and Penny run from there
unless they have access to more bulins
it's a lot ot work with, but none of the resources
