if u gear this fleet well it can carry u beyond w9 with levels too but for now u should focus on the event
which will need mostly stat sticks

although these preparations should have been done before the event hits

for the second main tank there isn't much of a choice but to go for roon in the shipyard

and for that u need to do a war archive called divergent chessboard to meet the requirements to start her missions as well as ships to do her combat data collection missions

the rest can be managed enterprise from the rookie missions nelson can be retrofit

some are not worth looking at
most of them are worth upgrading but u need to know that 8-10 is the min max area

which means more investment for less returns compared to the earlier levels

you can check pins but no one really. JdA and Sirius can be meta but you can also get them for free. So invitation is mostly for waifu or treat it as an extra bulin.
