so this is what you should do on HT2. Move everyone except Nelson and Z23 into Fleet 1. Add Enterprise to Fleet 2 to make it a valid fleet. Set Fleet 2 to fight flagships only.

Hood and Juno will be able to get xp. Nelson and Z23 should be able to solo boss and Enterprise is tagging along but shouldn't die and will get a tiny bit of xp.
