Hmm. If you want to superimpose reasoning for why I would want Monarch as flag, and Hood as flag:

Monarch as flag - Monarch, put simply, is a BB compared to unicorn. She will be capable of taking more damage.

Hood as flag - Compared to Warspite, her barrage is more effective if Hood is in the middle. Warspite's barrage hits wherever she is, so we can put her aside in favor of Hood.

retrofit saratoga, dont retrofit yuudachi or san diego yet. they are very expensive and u dont need it yet

actually get hood augment first then san diego then saratoga eventually

1- replace akagi with warspite
2- swap hood and nelson
3- and replace laffey with montpelier

and try and get to 35k if u can
if u have 3 dorm slots + second floor u will be able to grind a lot and should have no problem

hood is overall better in mob i believe
they are pretty close but retro nelson is slightly better overall so it makes sense to put her in boss fleet since u want the stronger BB in the boss fleet

It is a rly expensive retro

And very good
But not really needed until u reach the latest chapters

Yuudachi retro might mot be needed tbh

The 2k spec core might be better saved for UR bulins
