You should funnel your URins into NJ, then Kron, then Shinano, then Mog (???)

And then your Purins should go to San Diego, Noshiro, and/or Tallinn.

Also, build your Saratoga. She'll be a good ship for you in the future.

At the moment, just focus on your fleet 1 to push to W9
Only then consider expanding to a second fleet, using the oil cap to massively increase the efficiency of training more ships
