first, your research focus should be set to 4

#

that's the season that's most beneficial to finish first

#

second, your research selection is highly questionable

#

even taking a basic research period is a massive no go when you have the resources

I also don't know what else was in the line ups but it isn't great

that's part of your issue

W13 is not a chapter where you should be looking x piece of gear to help clear it

it's completely doable solely with gear you get from tech boxes with ease

#

so you should be looking what do I have and how do I best utilize it if it's good for W13

gear comes from 4 places mainly
protocore shop
opsi
research
tech boxes/event shop
for w13 in particular, tech box gear + some opsi gear is sufficient to clear it given your fleet comp is decent

core data shop gear has: strong BB auxes like white shell black shell, submarine gear, DDG gear, and timing adjust for CVs
research has kind of everything, and protocore shop is just a more expensive but faster way to get research gear
tech boxes are your cheap poverty gear but theres some decent stuff in there still, like gold catapults for CVs
opsi just has everything else youll need, aside from event limited gear
