the main ones being the 155 Kais on the battleships, Ju-87ds, and Breguets

the Bregeuts you can get from the core data shop

155 kais and Ju-87ds are gear lab only

#

and the 155 Kais are pretty non negotiable for 14-3 and 14-4

is first you want to clear the OpSi campaign, follow the red exclamation points

#

after that, clear every single node in Operation Siren, do your dailies, buy what you need from the shops, and dump any remaining AP into C5 secured nodes

rinse and repeat every month
