if u could set up 4 fleets that would be cool, even if 4th fleet is comprised of ships that are still to be fully LB'd or levelled

i've had shinano for so long and didn't bother building around her sakura buffs since i didnt have any other sakura ships, so i forgot

aegir would replace ancho, ancho moves to cv nano fleet and chesh to last fleet

she has more dmg tho

unactivated hein isnt good and i couldnt find a good activator for her

ngl my current opsi fleets are pretty cope but i can clear everything with some effort just not the hard arbiter

the idea is that u should use ur strongest ship together for bossing
idk when it comes to bossing, my 2nd fleet does like 1/3 of the dmg of my first fleet
mobbing is easy, unicorn is just eating a slot while that slot isnt doing much from helenas debuffs, alsace debuff, etc.
so u split ur mobbing into a unicorn + 5 kinda thing then stack ur bossfleets as strong as possible
is my 2nd fleet cope as it stands rn? or is it fine
cus like it feels like it does no damage and has some issues surviving
lvls play a big part aswell
i have unicorn in my fleet 1 (which does like everything basically) since her heals actually help so much with surviving things
including bosses
every lvl is around 2% more dmg inflicted and 2% less dmg received
it feels like without unicorn my fleet1 would also be dying way more often vs bosses
they shouldnt with proper gear
everyone in vanguard has repair toolkit and either washing machine or naval camo or something like that
or beaver badge
whatever is recommended on the tierlist website
idk just hard to survive even when playing manual
mm i guess thats not that bad then but uh yea
using unicorn is just not optimal for boss fleet in opsi especially in an optimized fleet for the reasons i mentioned above
the idea is to kill the boss before it kills u not just survive

mobbing is her place to shine due to endless fighting where she makes sure she keeps fleet healthy from chip dmg and her preload gets much mroe value due to the shorter nature of the fights
think of it this way
mobbing is a marathon while bossing is a sprint
as far as opsi is concerned
how many rudders do u have ?
i would recommend swapping ur best gear around for best results
u can keep it 98% of the time on ur mob fleet since thats the one wholl fight the most but for bosses just swap it for best results
later on ull afford to gear all ur fleets at the same time
yea make sure ur cruisers that are actively fighting have one
and your destroyers should have 2x toolkit

the skill doesnt but the hp does
destroyers have much higher eva stat and maffs say stack hp better
i assume support towl and celestial body are fine to use instead
im not sure which gives higher hp at lvl 10

those are certainly words but i have no clue what they mean
adapts are the 3 tuning stats u have in opsi
u should aim for 203/203/156 before tackling arbiters
as for gimmicks it refers to the arbiters mods
each month they get different modifiers which ull have to adapt to
this month is most annoying 20s shield but its easy to work around it by just manualling ur launches

95 is better coz gold plates but bidder are more important now

for electric components ull want 2-3 wyvers = 3 junkers > 3 ryuusei in depot if u didnt already got em > 1-3 flaps > 2 457
UR selectors should first be spent on 2-3 wyverns > 1-2 mk 7 > 1-2 100kais
UR test reports is 2 457 > w.e
gold test reports is a few flaps >= 155kai > w.e
For non conflicting mats u can follow /gearlab

i have it on vanguard currently but maybe monarch needs it more?
alsace when u fight with fleet 2, then u can move it to the other bbs of the other respective fleets
