and one battleship is mandatory on mob

though usually you use her on boss fleets

anyway focus on leveling good boats to 120 first

That's a rough picture for chapter 14, you can work towards that for mob

Basically chapter 14&15 your fleet will be burning a whole lot. Jda is the one who reduced it, if you don't have her then you gotta work around it
