In any case these should be your fleets:

Mob:
Tosa,Unicorn,Souryuu
Portland,Juneau,Z23

Boss:
Owari,Enterprise,Shangri
Unzen,Helena,Hatsuzuki

I kinda wanna replace that Souryuu

But you don't have any SR bulins for Intrepid or someone else

In any case Limit break your Unzen with the UR Bulin you got and her dupe

Same for Shangri and Souryuu

I'm waiting for you to answer if there's some more gear that can be gotten
