that has nothing to do with rodney. the fleet must be valid for it's stats to count. rodney just happens to be the one you put in. you could have put kii. but since you have enough torp rodney is okayish.

if you get rodney, san diego, and shigure to L65 you are set for D1. That is not far away. It is not a pipe dream. And it is not unlikely,. If you 2LB Shigure you may even be able to get rid of San Diego
