the fleets you have are fine for pushing up to 12 as long as levels and gear are appropriate

#

don't worry too much about raising new ships and replacing your members until you get to 12, it's just easier and faster there

I'd have to say your levels and LB are spread a bit awkwardly, you'll need to bump up Phoenix and MLB her

#

Phoenix has a zombie heal and can suffice as a mob tank but in your case she's still quite a bit under

with the problem being Portland is already occupied in your boss fleet

you could try tanking with z23 first, she should survive reasonably well if properly geared since she's quite overleveled compared

9 to 11 is basically stepping up per chapter

12 the threat changes but you should have the carriers to handle it at this rate

considering Ark Roayl is quite under to be handling boss properly you might want to swap her into your mob fleet to level at some point

plenty of folks come to the same point with the LBs spread among multiple ships and you have half-assed SRs stuck at 80 or 90 that aren't even good
