this is 100% a gear issue

#

first off, a lot of stuff is not +10, that's the minimum really by the time you get to W13

#

send, your AA gun set up is just bad even ignoring that a lot of the AA guns are unenhanced

okay so I have good news and bad news

#

good news is for the most part your gear is quite good for W13

#

the bad news is you're severely lacking on good AA guns even after opening all those tech boxes

#

so for the time being you can't quite tackle W13 yet

spend some time leveling some of the more under leveled ships in W12, mainly San Diego as well as getting coins to enhance all of that gear

#

hopefully in the process the tech boxes you get will net some better AA guns
