focus right now is get Unicorn leveled, once you do your temporary fleet to clear W9 will consist of
NJ, Unicorn, Illustrious, Portland, Helena, Laffey

once you clear W9 you'll start working on 2 fleets properly

Boss: NJ, Saratoga, [????], Takao, Helena, Brennus
