Yeah thats my big main issue is my iron blood vanguard is a big fat zero on fleets (hornet and essex are just there for side quests)

Yes, that one i did finished and i believe dev lab wise she is lvl 24/30

I collected a lot of blueprints on her when doing researches

imo it will only set you back by weeks because you need to use awful ships to get roon

roon is only like 50 tech. today, tomorrow, two weeks it won't make fdg any faster

but it will make your fleet immeasurably worse

step 1. you fleet 1 is still in bad shape. you absolutely need L100 ships

L100 ships generate xp packs. xp packs make raising bad ships much much easier

step 2. MLB the k sisters. That's a basic part of rushing fdg. It will also get you free gems and leipzig. What's not to love there?

Since you don't have xp packs, you can try using one or two in your real fleet

IMO Iris has the easiest D1 requirements and Polaris has no requirements but is actually harder than Iris D1

and if you can do chessboard D1 already just do that
