the worst q is the one you don't have parts to feed. otherwise they all give approximately the same result per hour. Notwithstanding 0Q, 4Q is generally considered the best because it guarantees 4 hours of gear research. Even if 1Q was slightly better, in practice there is a far greater than 0% chance the next cycle contains no Q's.
