for the BB fleet u cope for slows

usually u want bismark but without her is just agir cope

yeah i think so but usually tanks don't equip toolboxes because they have low evasion

increasing their evasion usually is a lot better on the eHp side

play more 12-4 and gather coins to enhance the gear

in opsi u only use 1 fleet so u can move it around across all tanks when u need it
