Bismarck has a rubbish secondary gun though less important here
Akane has a rubbish main gun and secondary gun
Guam has useless auxes
over half of Helena's gear is not enhanced
Unzen's torp is meh for manual and the augment is meh

bottom line, when we say you want research and lab gear for harder content, we don't really include ch13 in that "harder content"

both BBs auxes are completely scuffed

you can say he saved plates but it also means Akane is not doing damage

don't ask me why I have one, but bottom line slow reload aside the gun is already doing 30% less than a +10
