it's just an extremely inefficient way of spending bulins, if you partial lb ships

theres very few exceptions where ud use ships that arent mlb

couldve had a rainbow fleet if half ur URs were mlb instead of all of em at lb1-lb2

also i think using that lv120 prinz hein is better than the lv 100 anchor...
man you need to sort by level, instead of sort by rarity

as for ur mlb prios
musashi > vanguard > shinano > unzen for now
for gold
enterprise > sirius for now ig

hein prob better agree but w12 isnt hard so would rather have xp on ancho
also please consider raising ships to 120 before ur starting other projects

same logic as bulins applies

if u ever decide to push content with em having a bunch of lv100 ships doesnt do u any good
