And dock space as required (about 30~40 free dock space at all times)

So you can have a full fleet resting at all times (3 on first floor and 3 on second floor
or you can get 4th slot to have 4 resting on the 2nd floor and 2 resting on first + 2 free slots for leveling ships

Your ships get tired when you sortie with them
So you put them in dorm for their Morale to recover faster
1st floor recovers 40 morale/hr
- having passive exp if you feed them
2nd floor doesn't give passive exp but recovers 50 Morale/hr
So it's recommended to have your fleet resting so you can grind for a longer time without them getting out of Morale, which has a -50% exp debuff
