Actually I've been blindly progressing the game without proper guide and knowledge and this happens

Sorry for mentioning you again but I have some questions after i think about it again:

1. Is unicorn/healer not really necessary for opsi or it's just under leveled?
2. In that case, so I should level my brennus, monarch, and kiev until lv 100-ish?
3. Should I change anything in my current fleet w/o changing much, or it's good?
4. Is there any aspect should I look for building any fleet? (for campaign, event map, opsi, or leveling ship) cuz still find it hard to build a fleet properly

And I apologize if I bombing you with questions like this I just want to learn cuz it's a pain for self-learning without anyone's help.
