So I would suggest MLBing Zwei and replacing UvH with her, replacing Hood in mob, though FdG would probably be a better option once she's Dev 30
Once Agir is Dev 25 replace Drake with her and move Drake over to Mob instead of Roon
MLB and level Sirius asap

For fourth fleet you can just put in whatever or stack crossfleets #bot-spam /crossfleet
