That too, mostly unfamiliar who's a good dps. Since a lot of tiers/mentions say "x does good damage" generally

you don't necessarily need a lot of gear from OpSi to clear W14

#

but it will help and there are a few pieces that are non negotiable unfortunately

this is about as "budget" as I'm comfortable reccomending for W14

the 2 155 kais, Ju-87ds are from the gear lab

the 2 BB main guns I reccomend getting them from the Porotype shop if you don't have them already

Harbin is your pretty good off tank dps

which is kinda both a good and a bad thing

good in the sense that you can you use her in a lot of places

bad because she's not really the best for anything
