Dunno about fleets with your current dock but Aquila is definitely valuable in mob alongside Unicorn

Her event is gonna be archived next but there's no more rateup banners for WAs so you'll have to get lucky during event pulls to get her

You'll want to put in a lot more work on both PR ships, getting them maxed and Operation Siren for gear from the gear lab

And also getting UR Bullins to max limit break some of your URs
