which ship should i use for 14-3? as mob and boss fleets

Mob: FDG, Unicorn, Volga, Guam, Laffey 2, Plymouth
Boss: Bismarck Zwei, Yorktown 2, Enterprise, Agir, Shimakaze, Anchorage
my volga still isnt booked fully, will it work or should i delay this later?
ships should be 120 minimum
and skills maxed
gear should look something like that
i dont have the gridman sword thingy from ssss gridman collab. what would replace it?

the 2 are the same for surface damage
only significant difference is flapjack has better AA
which will matter in W15, less so in W14
ill keep the ply gun for fdg? and let bismarck zwei have the prototype from first gear you showed.
btw what meowfisser or stats should i put on each fleet?
anything with flame's aggression or mountain works
which of them could i put drake? would a cat with rld and avi fit any of the two fleet more, like for the mob fleet?
really just put in any cats you think are decent
