hard stages are not like really 3 starred because i only farm 6-2 cruise

like these are from 9-1, and all of these are eagle ships you could limit break
if you have spare exp packs, you can bring them up to lvl 70 relatively quick to let them go max limit break.

well i dont really have any exp packs but ill buy the 70lvl commander pack for 5 bucks for 200 purple books i think

hmmm I would say the only thing worth doing in there is to get some KMS ships to get tech points for FDG

war archives are not a priority, mostly a waste of time. Their hard modes are about the same as world 9, you can look up their wiki's to see if the things they drop are worth farming for, but in general, farming for gold map drops is not good since the drop rate is so low, better to just level up ships faster till you're farming in w12 and opsi, and mostly care about gear from gear lab and research
What Tosh is saying, is divergent chessboard is a mine of iron blood ships for working on early IB fleet tech for agir and fdg
