for both coins, cog chips, and leveling ships
W12 is less restrictive in what you can run because there are no suicide boats
and no BBs that can just one shot a main fleet
so it's a lot easier to drag weaker ships through
my AA sucks though (like really, french aa and soviet aa)

it's simple to set up because you just toss twin 113mm on all your vanguards
and you still kill a lot of enemy planes
in opsi even 11-1
planes in OpSi are not the same as those in W12
OpSi planes are stupidly tanky
and you're also fighting with practically no adapts
