heres what you should do
- grind event, preferably d stage
- after the event is done, grind a campaign stage that is chapter 11 or higher
- if you are unable to clear any of these stages on their initial clearing attempts, manually battle with your ships for the first couple stage clears until the stage threat level reduces enough that auto battle works
- login every day you are able and do all your daily missions / tasks, including daily raids and commissions
- check the shops every so often and buy stuff WITHOUT USING GEMS/IRL MONEY if you need it
- operation siren counts as a daily, if you cant clear hard opsi content that's fine just use your ap on zones you can clear
na accounts are never cooked

The vast majority of the plates i have earned are from grinding stages or from using up those shitty common ships and scrapping the gray gear they had in the process
