Other ships you have that are worth raising for the future for a variety of differnt uses are Volga, Sirius, illustrious, Hood (Tho you alredy have constellation raised so dunno how much of a priority she'd be), and your non MLB URs

And in terms of UR limit break priority, Alsace > Shinano > Laffey II

Shangri-La was mediocre but she got a good augment which basically makes her almost as good as Enterprise
