Issue lies in your equipment mainly

She can't be expected to tank for the duration needed (based on your timer) with both the offensive and defensive gear you have available

A good tank is one that survives for the content you're facing

Like there are two ways to go about this
Last a long time
Or kill the enemy fast

(Or, if possible, both is good)

Only real way, as said above, is to enhance your gear further
Most of the gear is serviceable enough (although certainly can be improved), but if they are at low enhancement levels you aren't going to feel their effects as much
